ONLY accept paypal or e-transfer• I don’t give refunds if I started the fursuit already. Once you started I am not responsible for your financial situation please understand fursuits are a luxury item and should be saved up before hand,• I accept payment plans on most occasions,you MUST pay me in full or at least 2/4 before I start your suit, 500$ is an absolute non refunded deposit as it covers materials,
Refunds are only provided if less then 1k is paid and vaild reasoning for cancelation, such as sudden loss of a job, or home ect•Priority will be given to those who can pay
the suit in full right awayAll materials that have been paid for will remain in possession of the maker if canceledGetting a suit and Shipping: you will get a quote for shipping buyer pays full shipping. And you will be provided a tracking number• commisions aren't open at all, I will not accept custom fursona requests• you MUST be able to give me correct measurements when I ask for them. Giving inaccurate measurements may result in a suit that's either too big or too small. I am not responsible for anything made with inaccurate measurements.• If you are getting a full fursuit please mail in a Duct Tape Dummy. If your duct tape dummy is not made properly I am not responsible for how your suit fits. A proper duct tape dummy is key to how a suit fits.• You pay for shipping after the fursuit is completed. Please give me your full address and I will give you a quote for shipping, It varies all the time but the average cost is around $90 USD for outside of Canada.• Once your item is shipped I am NOT responsible for what happens to it. It is up to the buyer to take action if a package goes missing, that said all packages will include tracking. I cannot upgrade the package to a faster carrier after the package has been shipped,• No major changes will be allowed on the suit. If you require a bunch of small changes it will result in a extra fee.• I have the right to refuse work or refund clients who are Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, etc.Suits that have been half finished CANNOT be refunded, I rely on this as a job I am very reasonable with timing on payments but at a certain point your suit must be paid of and shipped out within a year.What I will NOT make for fursuits:• I DO NOT make suggestive padding such as crotch padding or breast padding.• I DO NOT make suits with crotch zippers. However you can make 18+ content with my suits,• I DO NOT make my heads fit for glasses. I suggest wearing contacts if you require glasses• No copyrighted characters such as Pokemon, FNAF suits, mlp, etc. (Any character you do have in mind must be changed to be unique)• Cultural attire that may be inappropriate (Tribal Wear, Eagle Feathers, etc.)Harassment:• Harassment of any kind will not be allowed. Doing so will result in your suit being cancelled and refunded (except for the deposit). You will also be blacklisted.

Repairs and Warranty:• all suits are covered by a 90 day free repair warranty• If your suit needs repairs I will repair them for free BUT you must be able to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS.• If i find that your suit was purposely damaged i will send it back without any repairs done to them.• I am NOT responsible for any damage done to your suit from poor maintenance and horse-play. All fursuits are delicate no matter what maker you go too. Please take care of your suit.• I am also not responsible for any injuries that occurred in suit. Please fursuit with caution.•any bodily fluids (other than sweat) used on the suit. For health and sanitary reasons I will not repair anything.
And will also automatically void your warranty and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.I will NOT start your item until after I receive payment! I will begin making your suit once FULLY OR 2/4 of your suit is payed offPlease keep in mind, I have the right to select shipping methods and carriers. I’m NOT responsible for any lost or damage received product.I’m not responsible for any duty or tax fees that might apply when the suit arrives at your country.The suit will not be shipped before it has been paid off fully and shipping is covered. If your package has been damaged during transport it is the customers responsibility to check the item(s) itself for any damage that might have been applied to the item as soon as they receive it.If the item itself has suffered any damage from rough handling by the Currier we will repair the item (free repair service) but the complaint about the state of the package should be directed to the Currier/Postal service and not me. I have no control over how things are treated once they leave my hands.
